Commercial Landscapers & Crew Leaders (Full-Time)

Location: Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas (Start/end your day at our main office; company vehicle provided while on the clock!)

Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday (Hours may vary slightly by season—enjoy your afternoons off!)

Pay Rates:

• Crew Laborers: $15.50 – $16.50 / hour (Based on experience & driving ability)

• Crew Leads / Foremen: $17.00 – $19.00 / hour (Based on experience & driving ability)

• Certified Spray Techs: Competitive rates based on credentials!

Choose Your Path (Positions Available)

We are currently building our crews and looking for talent at all levels:

• Landscape Laborers: Perfect for those who love hands-on outdoor work. (Driver's license recommended).

• Crew Leads & Foremen: For natural leaders with great communication skills and proper pruning knowledge. (Driver's license required).

• Certified Spray Techs: Specialized roles for licensed professionals. (Valid certification & driver's license required).

What You'll Do (The Role)

As part of our landscape crew, you will maintain commercial properties to the highest standards. Duties include:

• Trimming, pruning, weeding, mowing, and raking.

• Debris removal and general property clean-up.

• Utilizing lawn equipment and tools efficiently.

• For experienced candidates: Managing irrigation systems, timers, or chemical applications.

Physical Requirements: This is a physically demanding outdoor role in the Tucson climate. You must be able to work at an efficient pace and perform repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, and heavy lifting.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years (prior landscaping experience is preferred, but we will train the right motivated candidates!).

• Transportation: You must have your own reliable transportation to travel to and from our main office daily.

• Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.

Note for Driving Positions / Crew Leads: To drive company vehicles, you must have a clean, valid AZ driver’s license for the last 5 years with no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
